Child Fellows Kim Knudson, DO, Jordanne King, MD, and PGY4 Meena Nuthui, MD have been accepted into the inaugural class of the Coaching for Leadership Development (C4LD) program.
C4LD is a one-year, longitudinal program designated for a small group of fellows or senior residents, to teach leadership skills including communication, team dynamics and conflict management.
The program teaches content, but more importantly, it makes the participants use their new skills for a whole year in a progressive manner with small group projects, one on one coaching and a portfolio of demonstrated competencies.
