The Program Director will be responsible for overseeing and improving the Addiction fellowship program, by implementing changes based on current accreditation requirements as well as hiring, training and mentoring the fellows. Additionally, the position will provide inpatient and outpatient services.

We are excited to announce new educational leadership positions within the department of psychiatry. We are seeking applicants for the positions of:
- Residency Program Director, Clinical Psychiatrist – This is a full time, tenure or non-tenure position responsible for clinical oversight and administration of the ACGME Residency Program for 44 residents actively participating in the treatment of patients in all psychiatry and sub-specialty areas.
- Fellowship Training Director – Addiction Medicine Fellowship – A full-time, 12-month, multi-mission track faculty position. The Program Director will be responsible for overseeing and improving the Addiction fellowship program, by implementing changes based on current accreditation requirements as well as hiring, training and mentoring the fellows. Additionally, the position will provide inpatient and outpatient services.
- Assistant Psychiatry Clerkship Director – will work closely with the Clerkship Director to maintain an innovative and effective learning experience for the third-year psychiatry clerkship rotation.
- Consultation Liaison Chief – will lead the quality and administrative tasks for the consultation liaison service at UF Health Shands Hospital. Will serve as an Executive Committee member, advise the chair, interface with other department leaders and supervise staff.
- Pediatric Inpatient Director – will serve as the liaison between leadership and service line staff to implement service policy, conflict resolution, advocate for service needs and develop protocols.
