Faculty Positions

The Program Director will oversee the ACGME-accredited Psychiatry Residency Program, which includes approximately 49 residents, with plans to expand to 56 in the next few years, involved in the care of patients across all psychiatry and subspecialty areas.

Full-time, multi-mission track position in the Adult Division, providing psychiatric outpatient services at our Springhill Health Center. Will work with multi-disciplinary teams, engage in clinical teaching, contribute to program development and possibly clinical research programs.

Responsibilities include providing inpatient consult-liaison (CL) psychiatry services, including providing initial psychiatric consultations and follow-up patient care at UF Health Shands Hospital

Provide consultation‑liaison psychiatric services to medically complex patients across UF Health, including free‑standing emergency departments and inpatient medical and surgical units.

Full-time, multi-mission track position in the Adult Division, providing direct psychiatric care to patients admitted to UF Health’s inpatient psychiatric units.

Full-time role involves overseeing clinical, academic, and research efforts in child and adolescent psychiatry and offers the opportunity to advance mental health care, education, and research for young people and their families.

Full-time role to lead and expand clinical and educational services within Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. This role offers the opportunity to provide clinical leadership in outpatient services, teach and mentor trainees, and advance high-quality behavioral health care for children, adolescents, and their families.

A full-time, 12-month, multi-mission track faculty position. The Program Director will be responsible for overseeing and improving the Addiction fellowship program, by implementing changes based on current accreditation requirements as well as hiring, training and mentoring the fellows. Additionally, the position will provide inpatient and outpatient services.

Licensed Psychiatrist (MD) or Psychologist (PhD) with demonstrated expertise in autism and neurodevelopmental care, program development, and academic leadership. Oversee the daily operations of the University of Florida Center for Autism and Neurodevelopment  (UF CAN) *CVs will be collected through March, Applicant review and outreach will begin thereafter.*
