The DEA is warning people about one of the most lethal drugs now on the street. “Carfentanil is what they’re calling the elephant tranquilizer. In humans, we use Fentanil. It’s a more potent Opiod,” says Dr. Teitelbaum, Director of the Florida Recovery Center.
