A Year in Review 2017-2018
Dear Faculty, Fellows, Residents, Staff:
Thank you for attending our 2017-2018 Department of Psychiatry Resident/Fellow Graduation. It was a lovely and fun occasion. A great colleague and friend described it as a nice summer party. It seemed that everyone was able to relax and just enjoy each others’ company.
We once again congratulate our graduates for a job well done and wish them every success in their future careers.
Thanks to the Program Directors (Drs. Rahmani, Cooke, Teitelbaum, Suryadevara and Creelman) for their dedication to training competent specialists in our field.
Thanks to the faculty who provide outstanding training as I truly believe that we are sending out some of the best trained psychiatrists in the country who are ready to take on any challenge in the workforce.
I also want to take this opportunity to thank the staff who contribute so much including the program coordinators (Terry, Dorothy, Terra, Susan, and Britany). They are truly the surrogate mothers for our trainees and do so much of the day-to-day work required to maintain our programs.
Thanks to the fiscal office staff for all the personnel, payroll, credentialing, and contracts that support our missions.
The Year In Review is above for you to take a look at so please enjoy.
See you next year!
