Greg Valcante, PhD recently celebrated 40 years of dedicated service at the University of Florida and was honored at the UF HR Faculty Service Reception.

Dr. Valcante is a Associate Professor and former Director of the UF Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD). Over the course of more than four decades, he has served as a teacher, administrator, researcher, and leader in the field of autism. His commitment to advancing the mission of the CARD Centers and supporting individuals with autism and related disabilities, along with their families, has left a lasting impact across our community and beyond.
In addition to his ongoing part-time work with UF CARD and teaching in the College of Medicine, Dr. Valcante has authored numerous research publications and presented nationally and internationally, helping to shape the field through scholarship and service.
