Roberts named GME Superstar

David Roberts, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Coordinator in the department of psychiatry, has been recognized as the Program Support Superstar by the University of Florida’s Graduate Medical Education Office for the 2024 3rd Quarter.

David’s nomination highlighted his “hard work ethic, excellent attitude, and dedication to excellence in everything he does.” Colleagues have praised him for his professionalism, noting that “David carries himself with poise and class and is well-loved by everyone in our department.” Additionally, his unwavering support for our fellows has been particularly commended: “He is incredibly supportive of our fellows’ wellness, always available, adaptable, and eager to assist. He consistently goes above and beyond for the program and the fellows.”

Since joining our department in 2018, David has made significant contributions. He initially served as administrative support in the Chair’s office before transitioning to his current role as the fellowship coordinator in the child and adolescent psychiatry division. His dedication and commitment have been evident throughout his time with the department.
