The Customer Service is the Key Award (CSK) recognizes and rewards employees who make a difference by providing compassionate care and excellent service to UF Health clients and patients. CSK encourages patients, visitors, employees and physicians to nominate their peers who have exceeded expectations.
Nominations come from all corners of UF Health and recognize employees in clinical settings who provide direct patient care, as well as those who are behind the scenes in administrative areas. All CSK nominees are given a pin in recognition of their exemplary service.

She knows how to communicate with patients who were obviously having a downward decline in their mental health. She is an integral part of the UF Health team.
