Dr. Mihalik-Wenger selected for the ACLP Webb Fellowship Award

A class of six has been selected for the Academy of Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry’s (ACLP) 2021-2022 William Webb Fellowship Program, among them, PGY-4 Amanda Mihalik-Wenger, MD.

The Webb Fellowship program is designed to support a select number of outstanding advanced residents and fellows in consultation-liaison psychiatry at an early stage in their career. The Academy of Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry created the William Webb Fellowship Program to foster the career development and leadership potential of advanced psychiatry residents via mentorship, networking, sustained involvement and affirmation and consolidation of professional identity.

Dr. Mihalik-Wenger will continue to train at the University of Florida with her mentor, Sheryl Fleisch, MD and will be assigned an ACLP mentor as well. As part of her fellowship Dr. Mihalik-Wenger will present a paper at the ACLP annual meeting, serve on an ACLP committee, complete a project with her ACLP mentor and collaborate with other national organizations.
