- Responsible for the preparation and review of personnel documents
- Arrangement of training services
- Process outside employment requests
- Interprets policies and procedures relating to personnel and fiscal issues
- Compliance with Federal, State and University of Florida rules and regulations on peronnel and fiscal matters
